Film Rights and Trust

Representation of mentally challenged couple, who were de-institutionalized with the help of a social worker. Dow Lohnes represented the couple with respect to the rights of their life story, including negotiation of made-for-TV movie agreement about their lives, as well as the establishment of a trust for their child, funded in part with the proceeds of the story rights.
