Dow Lohnes Price Tax Consulting Group, both independently and in conjunction with Dow Lohnes, provides tax consulting services for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and others related to federal, state and local tax matters. These services include evaluating business structures; division of income and sales among jurisdictions; return filing methods; planning and implementing exchanges and other transactions; sales tax, use tax, and unclaimed property issues; rulings, audits and administrative appeals; and consulting on tax litigation and tax legislation. In addition, Dow Lohnes Price provides tax consulting services to resolve related audit issues of federal income tax, state income tax, sales and use tax, other state and local taxes and estate and gift tax. Dow Lohnes Price also performs due diligence reviews of all tax matters in connection with acquiring and disposing of businesses.
